Transition
to Co-Ed

Provided creative solutions for the launch of Kilvington Grammar School’s transition from a girls’ school to co-ed.

The transition was positively received, raising awareness and leading to an increase in male enrolments.

Today, the gender ratio stands at a 50/50 mix. 

The Challenge

We were commissioned to provide creative solutions to support the school’s transition from a girls’ school to co-ed; a significant and monumental task for the school.

The Approach

The project began with the redevelopment of the logo and branding collateral, along with the creation of promotional materials, to ensure the school’s transition to a co-ed model was positively perceived by the community.

Following this, we designed materials specifically aimed at attracting male enrolments.

The Outcome

To support the transition and the school as a whole, a range of marketing material was developed, including advertising campaigns, corporate literature, direct mail, launch materials, newsletters, and the design and development of the school’s website.
